Pricing & Payment

How much does a website cost with Comnet?

Our website design packages start at $499 for a professional starter site and go up to $1,999 for a full e-commerce or custom build. You can also choose our Complete Website Plan at $99/month with no upfront cost, which includes the design, hosting, and your domain. Every package lists exactly what is included, so there are no surprise fees.

Are there any hidden fees or contracts?

No. One-time packages are paid once and you own the result. Monthly plans are billed transparently and you can cancel anytime from your client portal (the Complete Website Plan has a 6-month minimum because we build the site upfront at no setup cost). The price you see is the price you pay.

Why are you cheaper than other agencies?

We keep overhead low, use efficient modern tools, and publish standard packages instead of writing custom proposals for every project. Local Sacramento agencies often quote $3,000 and up for a basic site; we deliver comparable quality starting at $499 because our process is streamlined, not because we cut corners.

Do you offer payment by card and PayPal?

Yes. One-time packages can be paid by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) through Stripe, or with PayPal. Monthly plans are card-only so renewals happen automatically. Your card details are handled entirely by Stripe or PayPal and never stored on our servers.

What services does Comnet offer?

Comnet Global is a full-service digital agency with three divisions: Comnet Web Design (websites, e-commerce, web apps, and WordPress), Comnet Marketing / SEO (local and national SEO, content, and digital marketing), and Comnet IT Solutions (networking, cybersecurity, and managed IT). You can hire any one service or combine them.

How long does it take to build my website?

Our Starter sites can launch in about 7 days, Business sites in roughly 14 days, and larger e-commerce or custom builds typically take a few weeks. Timelines depend on how quickly you provide your content and approvals, which you submit through your client portal.

How do we work together after I buy a package?

After checkout you get a client portal account. There you fill out a short project brief telling us about your business and what you want, track your project status in real time, request changes, open support tickets, and manage billing. You always know exactly where your project stands.

Do I own my website and content?

Yes. Once your package is paid in full, you own your final website design, the content we create for you, and your domain. We never hold your business hostage.

Do you work with businesses outside Sacramento?

Absolutely. We are based in Sacramento, California, but we work with clients across all 50 states. Everything is handled online through your portal, email, and phone.

Hosting & Security

Do you provide hosting and domains?

Yes. We offer fast, secure cPanel hosting starting at $14.99/month, with options that include a free domain registration. After you purchase a hosting plan and enter your domain, your hosting account is set up and your login is emailed to you automatically.

Is my website secure?

Security is built in, not sold as an add-on. Every site includes an SSL certificate, daily automatic backups, and malware monitoring, and our servers are kept patched and hardened. Your client portal is protected with optional two-factor authentication.

What happens to my hosting if I cancel?

You can cancel a monthly plan anytime; service continues to the end of your current billing period. If you leave, we will provide an export of your website data on request so you can move it elsewhere.

SEO & Marketing

Can you guarantee I will rank #1 on Google?

No honest company can guarantee a specific Google ranking, and you should be cautious of anyone who does. What we guarantee is professional, white-hat SEO work, clear monthly reporting, and steady improvement. Results vary based on your market and competition.

What is included in your SEO plans?

Our Local SEO plan ($299/month) optimizes your Google Business Profile, citations, reviews, and on-page local signals. Our Growth SEO plan ($599/month) adds technical SEO, monthly content, link building, and a strategy call. Both include a monthly report you can actually understand.

Support & Changes

How do I get support or request changes?

Log in to your client portal and open a support ticket any time, or call us directly. Care-plan and managed clients get priority and same-day responses. You can also buy a block of on-demand update hours if you only need occasional changes.

Can you edit or add content to an existing website?

Yes. Our On-Demand Updates package gives you a block of professional design and development time you can use on any platform, including WordPress, Shopify, or custom code, usually with a 48-hour turnaround. We can also write fresh content or build new pages.

Can you build a custom app or software, not just a website?

Yes. Beyond websites we build web apps, customer portals, mobile apps, and API integrations. Tell us what you have in mind through the contact form and we will scope it and give you a clear quote.
