We want you to buy with confidence. This policy summarizes the refund terms that also appear in your signed Service Agreement.

Website design packages (one-time)

• Full refund within 7 days of purchase if design work has not started.
• Once work begins, fees for completed milestones are non-refundable; you only pay for work performed.
• Your included revision rounds are always honored before final delivery.

Hosting, care & SEO plans (monthly)

• Cancel anytime from your client portal — no phone calls required.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial-month refunds.
• The Complete Website Plan has a 6-month minimum term (we build your site upfront at no setup fee).

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days. To request one, open a billing ticket in your portal or email [email protected].
