Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites and services of Comnet Global, LLC ("Comnet", "we"). By using our website, creating an account, or purchasing a package, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide web design and development, hosting, maintenance, SEO/marketing, and IT services as described on our pricing page. Each purchased package is additionally governed by the Service Agreement signed at checkout, which controls if there is any conflict.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. We may suspend accounts involved in abuse, fraud, or non-payment.

3. Payments & renewals

Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store card numbers. Recurring plans renew automatically until cancelled from your client portal. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice for recurring services.

4. Acceptable use

• No unlawful content, malware, phishing, or spam.
• No resource abuse that degrades service for others.
• You must own or have rights to the content you give us to publish.

5. Intellectual property

Upon full payment you own your final delivered website and your content. We retain portfolio rights to non-confidential work and ownership of our internal tools and know-how.

6. Disclaimers & liability

Services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the preceding 12 months; we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by California law; disputes are resolved in the courts of Sacramento County, California.
