This Privacy Policy explains how Comnet Global, LLC collects, uses, and protects your personal information, including your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).
1. Information we collect
- Account & contact data: name, email, phone, company — provided by you.
- Order & billing data: packages purchased and payment status. Card details are processed and stored by Stripe, never by us.
- Project data: briefs, files, and messages you submit through the client portal.
- Technical data: IP address, browser, and security logs (used for fraud and abuse prevention).
2. How we use it
To deliver and support the services you purchase, process payments, send service emails (receipts, signed agreements, hosting credentials, ticket replies), secure our systems, and comply with the law. We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
3. Service providers
We share data only with processors needed to run the service: Stripe (payments), our hosting infrastructure, and email delivery providers — each bound by their own privacy obligations.
4. Your California rights (CCPA/CPRA)
- Right to know what personal information we hold about you.
- Right to correct inaccurate information.
- Right to delete (subject to legal retention needs, e.g. signed agreements and tax records).
- Right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights.
To exercise any right, email [email protected] or call +1 (916) 208-8984. We verify requests and respond within 45 days.
5. Security & retention
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS), passwords are hashed, two-factor authentication is available on all accounts, and access is role-restricted and audit-logged. We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires.
